Virtual World Assistants (VWA) is a fast-growing remote staffing company specializing in connecting qualified virtual professionals with clients worldwide. We are expanding our candidate acquisition and interview coordination operations and are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join our team.
We source, vet, and place virtual assistants based in the Philippines and Latin America, offering support in areas such as cold calling, appointment setting, administration, data entry, research, social media, and marketing. We serve clients across a wide range of industries by matching them with skilled, reliable virtual professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified virtual assistants
- Coordinate client-candidate interviews via Zoom
- Manage client relationships and hiring timelines
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill staffing needs
- Track performance and meet weekly production goals
- Optional growth path to recruit, train, and lead a team of independent contractors
Qualifications
- Experience in hiring and recruiting
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in staffing services
- Sales and client relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

- Recruit independent contractors under VWA
- Establish team structures and commission splits through a Team Agreement
- Earn commissions from personal production and team output

Contract & terms
This role is offered as an Independent Contractor position. Upon acceptance, the Contractor will sign an agreement outlining:
- Commission structure (40% base + 50/50 overage split)
- Standard and minimum buyout fees
- Resume privacy requirements
- Weekly performance goals
- Confidentiality and NDA
- Independent contractor status and dispute resolution
Compensation
Bonuses & salary
There is no base salary. Compensation is earned through successful interview coordination and completed client buyouts.
Base commission
- Earn 40% of each buyout fee generated from interviews you personally coordinate
- Commissions are paid within 7 business days after VWA receives client payment
Earnings examples
Buyouts can result in $2,000–$2,500+ per week , depending on volume and overage pricing.
Higher-priced buyout option (50/50 profit split)
With approval, Coordinators may charge clients more than the standard company buyout fee.
- Any amount above the standard buyout fee is considered overage profit
- Overage profit is split 50/50 between the Contractor and VWA
Performance goals
- Target: Minimum of 10 buyouts per week
- This benchmark supports strong earning potential and company growth
