Terms of use

Last updated:

By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Drafts, not advice

Znaidy suggests companies and writes drafts. A suggestion is not a promise that a company will buy, and a draft is not legal advice. Read every email before you send it, and follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including rules on unsolicited email and on contacting people at work.

What the service does

You give Znaidy a website or a description. It proposes a customer profile, finds companies that match, reads their public websites and drafts an email for the best matches. It does not send email.

Results come from a language model and from public web pages, so they can be wrong or out of date. Check them before you rely on them.

Credits

New accounts receive free credits. Checking a company and drafting an email each cost credits, as listed on the pricing page. A run stops when your credits run out and keeps what it found.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Acceptable use

Use Znaidy only for honest business outreach. Do not use it to send spam, to harass anyone, to mislead people about who you are, or to break the law. Do not try to bypass the limits on runs or to read private systems.

You are responsible for the emails you send and for having the right to send them.

Companies in the results

Companies appear because their own websites are public. A company can ask us to remove it, and we will.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business or for results that turn out to be wrong. We may change or stop the service, and we will tell you before closing an account that holds credits.

Contact

Znaidy is operated by the team that builds it.

Send questions, data deletion requests and removal requests from companies through the Pricing page or by replying to any email we have sent you.
