Privacy policy

You can read the public pages without an account. We set no advertising cookies and load no trackers. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in, and a second marker that tells the page you are.

We store your email address, a hash of your password if you set one (never the password itself), the dates you signed in, and your credit balance and its history.

We keep this until you ask us to delete the account. Deleting it removes your runs, leads and drafts.

When you start a run we store the website address or description you gave us, the summary and customer profile we derive from it, the companies we find, our notes on how well they fit, and the email drafts. You can edit and export all of it.

To read your site and write drafts we send the relevant text to a language model provider. We send only the text needed for the step in question, and we do not send your email address.

We find companies with a web search provider and read their public websites. We respect robots.txt, we space our requests, and we identify ourselves in the User-Agent header. Checking an address means opening a short connection to the company's mail server; we space these and cap them per run.

We keep names and roles from the company's own team pages and, when switched on, from public profile titles in search results and public profiles on other sites. Work addresses are either published on the company's site or inferred from the company's own address pattern and checked by asking the company's mail server whether the address exists, without sending any message. Every person and contact is stored with the page it came from. We do not use purchased lists.

If you are named on a company website and want the entry removed, write to us and we will remove it from every run.

Znaidy writes drafts. It does not send them, and nothing is sent to the companies we find. We email you only to sign you in and to confirm security changes.

A language model provider and a web search provider process the text and queries described above. Our hosting provider stores the database. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

You can export your leads as a CSV file at any time. You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or the data of a company or person we hold, and we will do it without charge.
