Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead HeroGolf in achieving its mission. As CEO, you will oversee strategic planning, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure financial sustainability. You will represent the organization to stakeholders, establish strategic partnerships, and lead business development initiatives. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including experience with budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Business Planning, including the ability to streamline processes and optimize organizational efficiency.
• Track record of success in Sales and Strategic Planning to drive growth and mission impact.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Passion for veteran and first responder support is highly desirable.
• Experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
