Manager of Culture & Community

What You’ll Do
- Lead grand openings and brand activations.
Coordinate ribbon cuttings, community partnerships, and high-energy launch events that leave a lasting impression.
- Be the heartbeat of our culture.
Bring recognition programs like
WOW of the Month

People Week

The 15% Club
to life across all brands and regions.
- Connect our teams to their communities.
Build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local organizations that extend our impact beyond the store.
- Create dynamic content.
Capture and edit videos, design simple graphics, and craft storytelling content for internal newsletters and social media that showcase our people and purpose.
- Own the media moments.
Partner with PR and marketing on interviews, local news features, and community storytelling that highlight our culture and values.
- Represent the brand.
Be a front-facing voice at events, media appearances, and team celebrations.
- Measure what matters.
Track engagement, participation, and community impact to show real return on culture.
- Keep a pulse on the field.
Visit stores, listen to teams, and bring insights back that shape how we celebrate, connect, and communicate.
- Collaborate across brands.
Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to keep the Showtime Mindset alive in every market.
- Travel regularly.
Support grand openings, community events, and activations across multiple states (up to 40% travel).
Who You Are
- A natural encourager with contagious energy.
- A confident communicator who shines on camera and connects with any crowd.
- Experienced in community relations, media, hospitality, or events.
- Skilled in basic video editing and graphic creation (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Creative and resourceful, able to dream big and execute fast.
