Documentation Specialist (Education) | Remote

Position: Educational Document Reviewer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review autism-focused educational materials for precision, completeness, and pedagogical soundness.
• Validate interpretations of IEP and 504 plan components.
• Ensure alignment with best practices in special education and autism-focused instruction.
• Provide concise, expert feedback to maintain high-quality AI training datasets.
• Work asynchronously while meeting all project deadlines.

Requirements

• Senior professional background in education, academia, or special education.
• Deep expertise in autism-focused educational programs and instructional practices.
• Extensive experience developing, reviewing, or supporting IEPs and 504 plans.
• Strong record of parent advocacy and collaboration within school settings.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
