Description

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across wholesale and e-commerce channels. This role ensures seamless order fulfillment, logistics execution, and communication across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical. This position is located in our Brooklyn, NY office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Fulfillment
  • Enter and release sales orders in SAP Hana; troubleshoot order issues
  • Manage Amazon order fulfillment, routing and ASN submissions
  • Book freight and manage delivery logistics for events, warehouse needs, and material orders
  • Coordinate pick tickets, shipments, routing, and scheduling with the warehouse
  • Monitor daily order fulfillments and address start/cancel or routing needs
  • Process and release e-commerce orders in Shipstation (as needed)
  • Submit ASNs, create shipping labels, and provide tracking to customers.
  • Wholesale & E-Commerce Support
  • Assist the wholesale team with customer inquiries and shipment updates
  • Track wholesale returns, damages, and customer chargebacks
  • Update and maintain the open order sheet for warehouse and wholesale priorities
  • Monitor daily shipped order lists to ensure accuracy and timely communication.
  • Inventory & Logistics Coordination
  • Execute inventory transfers and adjustments across wholesale and e-commerce warehouses
  • Track inventory levels and POs to make reorder recommendations
  • Partner with warehouse staff to confirm shipping, inventory levels, and updates.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain and update the operations manual and SOPs
  • Track and report order status, returns, and chargebacks
  • Manage and verify routing guides, shipping instructions, and delivery requirements
  • Support the launch of new customers and products, ensuring operational readiness

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in SAP Hana, Shipstation, Shopify, Faire, Amazon Vendor Central, Google Suite, and Excel/Sheets
  • Familiarity with vendor portals (e.g., Bamboo Rose, Nexcom, Fineline) a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
