Job Description Summary The Senior Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for the strategic design and development of all food and beverage activities for Topgolf USA, which consists of our 100+ venues. The Senior Director should create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration with business line leaders, and consistent execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Overall F&B Vision and Strategy - Develop the short-term and long-term F&B vision and objectives in collaboration with business line leaders and marketing. Utilize player insights and our existing “F&B DNA” in order to continuously evolve the F&B offering.
  • Demonstrate People Leadership - Engage, coach and develop team members to their fullest potential while demonstrating and embracing our core values.
  • Research and Develop New Offerings - Lead the internal food and beverage process and committee responsible for menu-related decisions including menu item creation and selection. This applies to our walk-in guest menu and our special events menu. Study market trends, strategies and operations of other successful restaurant and entertainment concepts to create and maintain a competitive and visionary culinary and beverage strategy. Quarterback our beverage agency relationship and optimize the use of supplier funding.
  • Maintain affiliations with culinary institutes, restaurants, agencies, suppliers and associations.
  • Partner with supply chain, F&B quality assurance, supplier partners and vendors to ensure continuity of supply, quality of product, and successful partnership alliance.
  • Partner with our finance and revenue management teams to help enhance cost controls and establish pricing tiers for menu items
  • Working with the Player Insights team, conduct focus groups to evaluate gaps in menu offerings, current/future menu innovation and impact of menu item engineering
  • Oversee new menu training and rollout strategies that align with operational goals and simplifications

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 12+ years Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
  • 5+ years Current experience as a senior leader in a recognized Food and Beverage program for a multi-site organization

  • Ability to be a grass roots leader, with a hands-on approach to delivering desired results

Travel Requirements Approximately 25% travel
