About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Business Recruiter to join our team at Instacart. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for scaling our Sales, G&A, and Customer Experience & Operations teams to support our core business initiatives. Your primary focus will be to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational goals and cultural values. You will develop targeted recruitment strategies, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates, and oversee end-to-end hiring processes.
Your efforts will directly influence our ability to innovate, execute, and deliver exceptional service to our users. As part of the Business Recruiting Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Instacart’s business functions and fostering a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and talent market dynamics
- Experience developing and implementing targeted recruitment programs
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with internal teams and external candidates
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of recruiting processes
Responsibilities
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools for various business functions
- Develop and oversee recruitment programs tailored to meet specific hiring objectives
- Partner with recruiting leadership to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring practices
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to align recruitment efforts with business needs
- Champion Instacart’s values and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Continuously innovate recruitment solutions to improve efficiency, employer branding, and candidate engagement
