We're working with Securitas on this exciting opportunity.
This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on Securitas's hiring initiatives by identifying and securing top talent for critical security officer positions. You'll play a vital part in building strong relationships with diverse talent sources and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential sources for recruiting Security Officers including job fairs and community organizations.
• Develop effective relationships that increase applicant flow for security candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and administer screening tools to potential candidates.
• Review employment applications, evaluating work history, education, and qualifications.
• Inform applicants of job duties, compensation, and company policies.
• Maintain records of applicants not selected for employment.
What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience.
• Understanding of recruiting methods, sources, and hiring regulations.
• Ability to interpret written and oral instructions effectively.
• Proficiency in using personal computers and office productivity software.
• Strong interviewing and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and handle confidential information.
