Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Supply Chain Director. The role involves overseeing and optimizing all aspects of supply chain management, including production planning, procurement, and operational efficiencies. The director will strategize and implement processes to improve supply chain performance, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Additionally, the Supply Chain Director will analyze data to forecast demand, reduce costs, and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Production Planning to ensure effective and efficient workflow alignment.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Procurement and Supply Chain Operations to manage resources, vendor relations, and distribution processes.
  • Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Management to oversee and enhance end-to-end supply chain systems effectively.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills for managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus.
  • Experience with supply chain software and tools, including ERP systems, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to a remote work environment, with a track record of independent and effective decision-making.
