Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a General Manager at Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A. The General Manager will oversee operational efficiency, strategic planning, and organizational development. Responsibilities include managing daily business operations, leading and coordinating teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, establishing and fostering partnerships, and implementing policies to achieve business goals. The role involves driving profitability, optimizing processes, and maintaining top-tier customer service standards. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of company objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Strong organizational and operational management experience, including process optimization.
• Proficiency in financial management and budget preparation, with an understanding of business revenue models.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in aviation or infrastructure industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Ability to adapt to remote working environments and manage teams from various locations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and decision-making skills.
