What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics (new-hire paperwork, system provisioning, compliance checks).
  • Manage employee changes (promotions, transfers, manager updates, location changes) in HRIS.
  • Oversee offboarding processes including exit logistics, asset recovery, and final documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain HR SOPs, checklists, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with employment requirements and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Handle recurring compliance tasks (I-9 audits, EEO data integrity, ACA tracking).
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely pay-impacting data (new hires, terminations, pay changes, bonuses, stipends).
  • Support benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, and employee benefit inquiries.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, permissions, and workflows; safeguard sensitive employee information.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist/administrative experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools/software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, formulas).
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a dynamic HR team driving operational excellence.
  • Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Exposure to compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR systems management.
