AI Influencer Studio

We’re building an AI Influencer studio from the ground up and are opening a founding recruiting role .

This is a 0 → 1 ownership role . You will build the recruiting engine end-to-end and own it.

This is a builder role.

🧠 What You’ll Do

Own sourcing, screening, and first-round interviews across all creative roles
Design and run the entire recruiting process (tools, workflows, pipeline)
Source and evaluate creative talent (video editors, brand managers, creative leaders)
Review portfolios and make strong first-pass quality judgments
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling end-to-end
Work closely with founders and domain experts on later-stage interviews
Continuously improve speed and quality as we scale
Potentially build a recruiting function under you in the future

🎯 Who You’ll Be Hiring

Over the next 12 months, you’ll fill ~ 12–16 hires , including:

Light exposure to engineering roles, but not your main focus.
