1. Platform status
znaidy is an information platform connecting clients and freelancers. The platform is not a party to any transaction, does not act as a payment intermediary, and bears no responsibility for the outcome of completed work, its quality or deadlines.
2. User responsibility
You bear full responsibility for the content you post on the platform: project descriptions, proposals, messages and reviews. It is prohibited to post false information, spam, or materials that infringe the rights of third parties.
3. Account blocking
The platform reserves the right to restrict or block access to an account if these terms are violated, fraud is suspected, or justified complaints are received from other users.
4. Disputes between users
All disputes arising between a client and a freelancer in connection with the execution of an order are resolved by the parties independently. The platform does not arbitrate and bears no responsibility for the outcome of negotiations.
5. Service 'as is'
The service is provided in its current state without any guarantees of uninterrupted operation, data preservation, or suitability for specific user tasks. We make every effort to maintain functionality but cannot guarantee the absence of failures.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
