About The Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Support Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the first point of contact for our associates, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support related to HR systems. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Home Office, Distribution Center, and Field associates via email and phone with routine HR inquiries, providing basic training on HR transactions, and performing password resets across multiple applications. You will collaborate with the HR team to escalate complex associate relations cases, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations through administrative tasks, and support routine audits and data entry in HR systems. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve HR tools and systems for a more seamless user experience, contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR operations.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment, such as a call center or retail store
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with HR systems and concepts, including system access and basic HR transactions
  • Ability to assess issues accurately and determine appropriate escalation protocols
  • Experience supporting non-technical users via phone and email
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Knowledge or experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Proficiency with remote communication tools and virtual work environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial contact point for associates seeking assistance with HR systems and inquiries
  • Support associates across various locations via email and phone, addressing routine HR questions
  • Perform password resets, basic HR transaction training, and troubleshooting within HR applications
  • Partner with the HR team to escalate complex associate relations issues and cases
  • Assist in maintaining compliance through administrative tasks aligned with federal and state laws
  • Participate in routine audits and data entry tasks within HR systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance user experience
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
