Role Overview
We are expanding our recruiter network and are looking for experienced, motivated recruiters to help place candidates from our talent pool into roles across a range of companies and industries.
This is a
1099 contract role
with
commission-only compensation
. Recruiters in our network work independently but are supported through onboarding, weekly collaboration, and access to hiring opportunities.
Compensation
- $2,000 commission per successful placement
- Commission-only, 1099 contractor role
- Average recruiters are expected to exceed
5 placements per month
(earning
$10,000+ in monthly commissions
)
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and match roles for candidates within the Offered.ai talent pool
- Submit and advocate for candidates to relevant open positions
- Work with candidates through interview and offer stages
- Participate in one weekly recruiter network meeting to share insights, get support, and improve placement outcomes
- Collaborate with the Offered.ai team to optimize placement strategies
Important Notes About the Role
- Offered.ai represents the job seeker, not the hiring company
- You will
not
be required to set up or manage formal client relationships
- We provide assistance in establishing
informal hiring partnerships
with organizations that are hiring quickly
- This role is
fully remote
with
fully flexible hours
, except for one required weekly meeting
Onboarding & Support
- Multiple one-on-one onboarding calls with the Offered.ai team upon joining
- Ongoing access to recruiter network knowledge, best practices, and hiring insights
- Support in identifying fast-moving hiring partners and high-probability roles
Ideal Candidate
- Prior recruiting, staffing, or talent placement experience
- Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
- Self-directed and motivated to drive placements independently
- Strong communication and candidate advocacy skills
- Interested in a high-upside, flexible recruiting model
