The Reflection is an AI-powered platform for practising and assessing real workplace conversations.

We help companies move from theory to behaviour by enabling employees to practise real-life business conversationswith AI:

  • leadership and people management discussions
  • difficult feedback and 1:1 conversations
  • sales and negotiation scenarios
  • internal assessment centres
  • AI-powered interviews for internal and external candidates

Our clients use The Reflection to develop skills that are impossible to train through traditional e-learning alone.

We work with international teams and operate in a multilingual, remote-first environment.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Lead to join us at an early stage and act as a true partner in scaling the business.

This is not a classic sales role.

It combines business development, sales execution, partnerships, and hands-on growth activities.

You will work closely with the founder, have full ownership of your pipeline, and directly influence how we grow.

What You Will Do

Business Development & Sales

  • Lead online discovery calls and demos with prospective corporate clients
  • Understand client needs and present relevant use cases of the platform
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closure
  • Follow up and support clients after deals are closed
  • Work with inbound leads and proactively develop outbound opportunities

Growth & Marketing (hands-on)

  • Actively develop your personal LinkedIn presence for lead generation
  • Run webinars, online demos, and discovery sessions
  • Launch and test outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, partnerships)
  • Experiment with different channels and messages to drive demand

Ownership & Partnership

  • Take responsibility for results, not just activities
  • Propose ideas to improve positioning, messaging, and sales processes
  • Act as a business partner rather than a simple executor

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, or growth roles
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Confident in leading demos and business conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent French and English (French is mandatory)
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, HR-tech, EdTech, or corporate learning is a strong plus

  • Contract: Fixed compensation + performance-based commission
