The Role The Crew Lead (Attractions) will serve as the daily supervisor for a designated team of Attraction Crew Members (what we call our employees), guiding the flow of fans (what we call our guests), supporting live show elements, and upholding the high standards of safety, service, and story that define the Netflix House experience. These Crew Leads (Attractions) will focus on two employee types: the in-world “Flow” crew, who assist guests in navigating their assigned attraction, and the performing “Show” crew, who bring these worlds to life. This role is a trusted leader who ensures the fan and employee experience is executed as intended throughout each shift.
You will focus on pre-shift communications for your assigned Crew while assisting both your Supervisors and the Manager on Duty to uphold operational, safety, and fan service standards within your attraction area throughout your shift. You will be expected to lead by example in real time by supporting the Crew as they rotate through their workspaces.
This on-site, hourly role reports to the Assistant General Manager with daily oversight by Attractions Supervisors, and is based in Dallas, TX. What You Will Do
