Account Manager – Healthcare | Philadelphia | Hybrid | $165,000 - $175,000 We're working with Cognizant on this exciting opportunity.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant growth and client satisfaction within the healthcare payer domain at Cognizant. You'll be instrumental in shaping client relationships, expanding business, and leading diverse teams, all while contributing to a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Balance business development and sales responsibilities while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Drive profitable growth by identifying and closing new, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
- Understand customer business needs and apply service/process knowledge to meet them.
- Build and maintain relationships across various levels in the client organization.
- Collaborate with multiple service lines and innovation teams to formulate and execute business plans.
- Manage account operations including forecasting, budgeting, and overall P&L.
What You'll Need
- 15+ years of experience in a client-facing or account leadership role within IT professional services or management consulting.
- Experience leading diverse teams and cultivating collaboration in multi-cultural environments.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare, its technology landscape, and trends.
- Demonstrated capabilities in building and sustaining client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to plan and execute effectively.
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
