About The Role:
BLAZE is looking for an Onboarding Coach for our software solutions in a rapidly expanding client base. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, excel at prioritizing workloads, have solid attention to detail, with the ability to work well both as a team and independently.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of communication for all onboarding and initial support tasks as customers move onto our platform.
- Take new customers through onboarding, including discovery process, data migration coordination, and performing training sessions (remote and on-site)
- Act as a Tier 2 technical support for the products.
- Travel to customer sites, as needed.
- Educate customers on best practices specific to their business needs
- During follow-up sessions, check on their adoption of any new features that might increase customer ROI and thus further increase satisfaction
- Contribute to the BLAZE customer support knowledge base by authoring educational support articles
- Ensure proper integration and operation of BLAZE with 3rd party platforms & applications
- Advocate on behalf of your clients by working closely with internal teams to implement feedback & raise awareness of customer challenges, needs, and concerns
- Identify and qualify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
About You:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS Onboarding role
- Solid experience in Google Workspace
- The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, juggle multiple accounts, and manage a wide range of projects and tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well both independently and within a team
- Ability to travel and perform on-site onboarding and training
Bonus Points:
- Retail POS software experience.
- Cannabis industry experience
- SaaS startup experience is a plus
- Familiar with Star Micronics and Zebra hardware
