About The Role The Creative & Graphic Designer at CAQH plays a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms. This full-time, remote position reports directly to the Director of Brand & Marketing and is responsible for designing engaging marketing materials that support our campaigns, events, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to conceptualizing major campaigns, developing visual direction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, and marketing channel owners. They will produce a wide range of creative assets such as email templates, website graphics, social media content, advertising banners, and PowerPoint presentations. The designer will ensure all materials align with brand standards, reflect our mission, and resonate with diverse audiences. This role requires a highly organized and innovative individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and supporting the overall marketing objectives of CAQH.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, art, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in graphic and web design
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Acrobat
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive, mobile-first design approaches
  • Proficiency in creating digital and print collateral, including social media assets and packaging designs
  • Experience with performance marketing assets and advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web development fundamentals, including some coding skills for email and web content
  • Portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and creative solutions
  • Excellent visual design skills with an ability to translate complex information into compelling graphics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and collateral
  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages
  • Develop and implement visual concepts aligned with campaign strategies and brand standards
  • Collaborate with content teams to brainstorm and generate innovative design ideas for marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with web development teams to design web pages that enhance user experience and brand presence
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative assets and channels
  • Support performance marketing efforts by designing assets that drive engagement and conversions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve creative outputs
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all materials reflect CAQH’s mission and values
