Job Title: Event Marketing Associate

Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Location: Remote (EST)

Job Description (highlight main points:)

As the Event Marketing Associate, you will be a vital extension of the event marketing team, consistently upholding core company values in your daily work. This role reports to the Head of Industry & Event Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution and Support: Collaborate with a cross-functional team on all Industry & Event Marketing initiatives, ranging from major events like Cannes to smaller Tier 2 conferences and Tier 3 Modular Kit offerings.
  • Administrative Ownership: Take full ownership of administrative projects, including:
  • Vendor coordination
  • Billing processes (using Zip and Coupa)
  • Scheduling and internal communications
  • Attendee logistics
  • Meeting note-taking and follow-ups
  • Maintaining and updating event trackers and documents
  • Timeline Management: Provide assistance with project management, timelines, and event task execution to ensure all projects remain on schedule.
  • Team Engagement: Be available for weekly 1:1s, team meetings and responsive on slack during working hours

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating consistent reliability and follow-through.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
  • A positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to all duties
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working effectively as an independent contributor.
  • A commitment to providing proactive, clear, consistent, and concise communication to all stakeholders.
