Job Summary
The Marketing Operations & Creative Coordinator supports the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from automation and segmentation to creative asset production and deliverability oversight. You’ll ensure our email, SMS, podcasts, landing pages, and event communications go out on time, look great, and perform even better.
This is a fit for someone with professional marketing experience who thrives in both the operational and creative sides of digital marketing.
What You’ll Do
Automation & Campaign Execution
– Assist in building and maintaining workflows, triggers, tags, and custom fields in
CRM Systems
– Support complex audience segmentation and campaign targeting
– Perform QA testing on all launches to ensure accuracy and compliance
– Maintain systems that improve email/SMS deliverability
Creative Asset Production
– Create graphics for email campaigns, SMS, promotions, and events
– Design thumbnails, layout templates, and visual assets for podcasts and webinars
– Build downloadable e-books, checklists, and lead magnets
Platforms & Publishing
– Upload and schedule podcast content on YouTube and the website
– Support landing page builds and updates (content + basic layout changes)
– Manage ongoing website content updates and optimizations
Events & Partnerships
– Own all email/SMS scheduling tied to virtual events and launches
– Coordinate communication assets and execution for major events like the Reimagining Health
Summit
– Manage the Influencer & Referral Partner program (tracking, onboarding, assets)
Collaboration & Analysis
– Work closely with the Content and Social teams to ensure campaigns are aligned
– Contribute ideas to improve performance, operational efficiency, and creative quality
– Monitor channel compliance and system consistency within GHL
What We’re Looking For
– 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
– Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform
– Proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools
– Understanding of email/SMS best practices
– Exceptional organization and attention to detail
– Strong communication skills and collaborative energy
– Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with health & wellness marketing is a plus
