Influencer Manager

PER:FORM, an award-winning international communications agency founded by former Microsoft employees, is looking for a specialist to build and manage ambassador and influencer program for a tech/SaaS company.

What you’ll do

• Design and manage ambassador and influencer program end-to-end
• Research and analyze the creator and influencer landscape across platforms
• Identify, shortlist, and onboard creators aligned with brand positioning
• Develop outreach strategies, messaging, and collaboration formats
• Prepare briefs and participation guidelines for creators
• Manage approvals with the client, publications, and ongoing creator relationships
• Coordinate reporting, performance tracking, and program optimization

What you’ll bring

• Experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, or creator partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple streams in parallel
• Ability to create and critically assess content, including complex deep-tech and B2B topics.
