Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, based in Cranston, RI. The Social Media Marketing Manager will manage and implement social media strategies to enhance online presence and engage with target audiences. Daily responsibilities include planning and creating content, managing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for platforms, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.
- Create and appear in short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop and execute content strategies focused on growth, engagement, and sales conversion
- Manage day-to-day posting schedules and content pipelines
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on trends, hooks, and data
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, launches, and campaigns
- Support TikTok Shop initiatives, including affiliate and live-selling content
- Stay current on platform trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes
- Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and professionalism across platforms
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clear and engaging storytelling
- Knowledge of analytics tools and strategies to track engagement and optimize content performance
- Ability to work on-site in Cranston, RI, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills; experience in the footwear or retail industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
