Social Media Manager – Part time

This role focuses on driving meaningful engagement and community growth for an Instagram profile. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with followers, maintaining active conversations in direct messages, and implementing strategies to increase both engagement and follower count. The position is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and a creative approach to community management. Deliverables

• Proactively follow up with users who have downloaded content from the website to encourage ongoing engagement.
• Maintain and manage conversations in Instagram DMs, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.
• Run interactive polls and other engagement activities to foster community participation.
• Capture and organize email addresses from interested followers for future outreach.
• Contribute creative ideas for profile growth and enhanced social engagement.
• Monitor community sentiment and provide regular feedback on engagement trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram communities, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to engage authentically with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Instagram features, including DMs, polls, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet ongoing deadlines.
