About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in the nuclear sector. The ideal candidate thrives on engaging with people, solving challenges, and turning customers into passionate advocates for our products and services. This role is fully remote, with opportunities in both the UK and US.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing expert guidance and support.
- Answer questions related to our nuclear solutions, including product specifications, availability, and pricing, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and data across multiple platforms to support reporting and process improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, turning clients into loyal advocates.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
- Exceptional phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently while staying aligned with team goals.
- Interest in the nuclear sector and willingness to learn technical product details is a plus.
