About the Role: The Inbound Transportation Coordinator at Liquid Death is responsible for ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and on-time movement of inbound freight into our distribution network, enabling our customers to “murder their thirst” through consistent, on-time supply. This high impact critical role will partner with co-manufacturers to drive how current and new products get to market and ensuring timeliness. This role serves as the daily point of contact for carriers, warehouses, and internal planning teams, coordinating appointments, tracking shipments, resolving transit issues, and maintaining accurate transportation records.

You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory flowing reliably—balancing service, speed, and cost—while supporting continuous improvement across inbound logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Track Shipments and communicate status updates to relevant parties
  • Interacting and building positive relationships with internal and external partner (i.e., Copackers, 3PLs, Customer Service, Planning, Freight Brokers) to achieve business goals daily
  • Data entry and order creation
  • Running Daily, weekly, and end of month inbound reconciliation reports, updating shared files
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process to minimize impact to operations
  • Identify critical issues and escalate appropriately, assemble opportunities, and engage appropriate decision makers to continuously resolve critical business obstacles.
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Analyze logistics data and report on performance
  • Perform other duties as required ie: continuous improvement with freight processes, root cause analysis on recurring inbound failures, standard SOP’s, inbound freight schedules, clear escalation paths, etc.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent experience in Logistics Coordinator role required
  • 2 yrs + experience in a previous Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain role where scheduling and internal collaboration were critical to driving results
  • Ability to think and plan strategically, operating in KPI driven culture
  • Strong Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
  • Experience working with proprietary inventory supply systems / warehouse platforms and ERP NetSuite preferred
  • Proficient in Excel (cell functions and formulas, pivot tables, queries, basic report generation)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed (to attend company events, QBR’s with freight brokers, or infrequent product audits)

The typical salary range for this position is: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
