Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to act as a key point of contact between our company and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and supporting partners in achieving their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring accurate records in CRM
- Develop a deep understanding of client business models to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain Account Plans for key clients, outlining strategies, success metrics, and risk management
- Lead client reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions
- Monitor account performance, proactively resolve issues, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Enhance account management processes and client communication standards to ensure scalability and consistency
- Provide structured client feedback to Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager/Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role (iGaming experience preferred)
- Experience in managing and developing relationships with B2B clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Adaptability, client-centric mindset, and strong relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and delivering value to clients
- Knowledge of crypto processing is an advantage
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in using it to manage client interactions and data
- Fluent English, Russian is a plus
