Description
The Data Entry Typist is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data within internal systems. This role supports the agency’s operations by ensuring data integrity and helping teams access the information they need to deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems and databases
Transcribe information from source documents into digital formats with high accuracy
Maintain and organize electronic files and records
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Ensure timely processing of data entry tasks to meet operational needs
Assist with data quality checks and corrections as needed
Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate and accessible data
Qualifications Strong typing speed with excellent accuracy
Previous experience in data entry, transcription, or administrative support
Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
