About The Role We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at our fulfillment center located in Hiram, Georgia. This role is vital in providing comprehensive HR support to our operations, driving employee engagement, and cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HRBP will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting hourly workforces, facilitating talent development, and managing employee relations.
