About The Role We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at our fulfillment center located in Hiram, Georgia. This role is vital in providing comprehensive HR support to our operations, driving employee engagement, and cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HRBP will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting hourly workforces, facilitating talent development, and managing employee relations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence organizational growth and employee satisfaction through strategic HR practices and hands-on support. The role requires onsite presence at our Hiram facility, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably within a fulfillment center or similar operational environment
  • Proven experience supporting hourly workforce populations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with employees and leadership at all levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Dayforce preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Hiram, Georgia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
  • Additional experience supporting hourly and diverse workforce populations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing strategic guidance and operational support
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR programs that promote a positive workplace culture, talent development, and succession planning
  • Manage employee relations by conducting investigations, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction
  • Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to attract, interview, and onboard top talent
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs for new and existing employees
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Lead change management initiatives related to HR programs and organizational changes
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management to improve operational performance
