Position: Customer Service Representative – AI Domain Specialist
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $60–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Create structured deliverables based on common customer service requests and workflows.
- Apply customer support expertise to diagnose and solve real-world service challenges for AI research.
- Review and refine peer-developed deliverables to improve AI accuracy, tone, and effectiveness.
- Translate customer interaction scenarios, escalation handling, and best practices into clear, AI-readable formats.
- Work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Requirements
- Strong professional background in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to structure customer-facing knowledge for both human users and AI systems.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
