Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The Vice President of Operations will oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure organizational efficiency. The role involves strategic planning, managing budgets, and providing guidance on Project Management strategies. The VP will also collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service experiences and ensure alignment with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to ensure operational and financial efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Strategic Planning initiatives
• Proven skills in Project Management to lead multiple projects effectively
• Experience in enhancing and managing Customer Service processes
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
