Job Overview
The Vice President of Marketing (VP of Marketing) is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing Facens Finance Club’s global marketing vision, brand strategy, and growth engine.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the VP of Marketing will lead all marketing functions—including brand, growth marketing, product marketing, communications, partnerships, and customer engagement—to drive scalable revenue growth, market leadership, and brand trust.
This role requires a seasoned fintech marketing leader who can translate business strategy into measurable market impact, build high-performance marketing organizations, and position Facens Finance Club as a leading fintech brand in competitive financial markets.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven platforms, with a proven track record of scaling brands, driving demand, and building durable customer relationships in high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Lead and oversee Facens Finance Club’s global marketing strategy to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, revenue goals, and brand positioning.
Build and manage integrated marketing functions including brand, performance marketing, product marketing, content, PR, and lifecycle marketing.
Ensure consistent, compelling, and compliant brand messaging across all channels and markets.
Leverage data, automation, and marketing technology to optimize campaigns, attribution, and ROI.
Strategic Growth & Brand Development
Partner with executive leadership to shape Facens Finance Club’s long-term growth strategy and market expansion plans.
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives.
Drive brand authority and thought leadership within fintech, digital finance, and financial innovation ecosystems.
Anticipate market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive dynamics to maintain a differentiated market position.
Go-To-Market & Customer Acquisition
Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, platforms, and financial services offerings.
Design scalable acquisition, retention, and engagement frameworks across digital and institutional channels.
Strengthen customer journeys from awareness to advocacy through data-driven lifecycle marketing.
Support strategic partnerships and distribution channels through co-marketing and ecosystem growth initiatives.
Communications, Trust & Compliance Alignment
Oversee corporate communications, PR, and external messaging to reinforce trust, credibility, and transparency.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure marketing communications meet regulatory and disclosure standards.
Develop crisis communication and reputation management frameworks appropriate for financial services.
Promote a culture of integrity, accuracy, and responsibility in all marketing activities.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing organization.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Success teams.

Deliver measurable improvements in brand awareness, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and growth velocity.
Qualifications
18–20+ years of progressive experience in marketing, growth, or executive leadership within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies.
Proven success in scaling brands, driving demand generation, and leading global marketing transformations.
Strong understanding of digital finance, fintech platforms, customer acquisition models, and data-driven marketing.
Expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and performance marketing.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
