Founding Product Manager (Access Control System)

We’re building an AIM platform to solve a critical enterprise problem: unified access control across multiple services, designed specifically for AI agents.

Today, access management in companies is highly fragmented. Permissions are granted and revoked separately in dozens of tools (Slack, GitHub, HubSpot, internal systems, etc.), making it hard to maintain visibility, ensure security, and react quickly when access needs to change.

This problem becomes even more complex with the rise of AI agents.

Our platform is meant as middleware between AI agents and company services. Agents do not access tools directly. Instead, all access goes through a centralized layer that provides control, security, and auditability.

The platform will enable:

• Centralized access management to all company tools from a single interface
• Immediate access revocation when roles change or employees leave
• Clear visibility into who has access to what, when, and why
• A security model tailored for AI agents, tool calls, and automated workflows
  

About The Role

This is a product + go-to-market role for someone who can take a platform product from idea to early enterprise adoption.

You’ll define the product vision from scratch, validate real market demand, and work directly with early enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate closely with an engineer to build and iterate on a platform MVP.

This role requires strong domain expertise in B2B SaaS security (IAM), platform products, and the ability to engage directly with enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

• Discovery: Conduct customer discovery to understand enterprise access management pain points
• Product Vision & Strategy: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market needs and security best practices
• Go-to-Market & Sales: Engage directly with prospects to understand their access management challenges
• Product Development: Work hands-on with an engineer to deliver high-quality solutions
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in either:
  
  • Building internal platform solutions within organizations, OR
  • Developing products that serve as a B2B SaaS platform
• Strong understanding of IAM, security, and access management
  
• Deep understanding of AI agents — you've actually built AI agents, used MCPs, understand tool calls, and their security implications
• Technical background — ideally, previous development experience, because you'll be working with cutting-edge protocols and need to understand technical constraints
• Thriving in ambiguity — you'll need to build a lot, figure things out on the go, experiment constantly, and handle multiple different tasks across various areas simultaneously
