About The Role
The Executive Assistant to Engineering Leaders at CoreWeave is a critical role designed to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President of Engineering. This position ensures the smooth operation of daily activities, allowing engineering leaders to focus on strategic initiatives and high-impact projects. The role involves managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports, and preparing for key meetings and events. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will play a leadership role within the Engineering & Product executive support team, fostering operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across the department. Success in this position requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for supporting high-level technical teams and contributing to the company’s growth and innovation goals.
Qualifications
- 35+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Director or Vice President-level leaders
- Demonstrated project management skills, including tracking deliverables and ensuring task completion
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating complex travel, expense management, and event logistics
- Proven ability to enhance and scale administrative or operational processes
- Exceptional multitasking skills across teams, locations, and time zones
- Experience in document writing, editing, and preparing materials for executive audiences
- Previous experience mentoring or leading peers within administrative or EA functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred qualifications include supporting engineering, product, or highly technical teams, and experience working in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Engineering, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and managing expense reports
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for executive review
- Coordinate and support key meetings, events, and off-site activities, ensuring seamless execution
- Act as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion
- Drive operational efficiencies by improving administrative processes and workflows
- Support team initiatives, including onboarding, training, and mentoring of other administrative staff
- Contribute to a cohesive and high-performing executive support team by sharing best practices and fostering collaboration
