About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to support our Plan President and Senior Leadership team. This role is critical in streamlining administrative functions, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the leadership team can focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This position requires residence in the Columbus, OH area, with the expectation to work in the office daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of related administrative experience, with a solid understanding of office operations and procedures
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Responsibilities
- Communicate and interpret administrative and operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in preparing and coordinating records, statistics, and reports related to operations and projects
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, programs, events, and conferences, including arranging facilities, catering, and speakers
- Prepare and manage correspondence, including letters, memoranda, and reports, both routine and advanced
- Manage and prioritize a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving administrative functions
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive materials with integrity and discretion
- Support the scheduling and calendar management for the leadership team, including arranging meetings and travel
- Assist in budget management for events and departmental activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and standards
