Our Client is seeking a motivated Business Strategy Analyst – Intermediate Level to support strategic initiatives through data analysis, insights generation, and business planning. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analytical frameworks and evaluate business strategies.
• Develop and interpret data-driven insights to guide strategic planning and execution.
• Create clear and detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure business risks are identified, managed, and aligned with compliance policies.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, data analysis, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, SAS, Snowflake, or Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present insights clearly to business leaders.

Preferred

• Background in vendor or supplier management.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Military service or spouse/domestic partner of a service member (a plus).
