You'll work closely with the Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver insights that drive both product excellence and commercial impact.

While the primary focus is on product analysis, this role also supports marketing analytics to ensure we understand the full customer journey—from acquisition through engagement and retention. You'll be involved in the entire analytics process, from helping define metrics to building dashboards and sharing insights.

  • Analyze user behavior and feature performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Design and execute A/B tests around product releases and new feature rollouts to validate hypotheses and measure impact
  • Conduct ad-hoc and ongoing analyses of marketing channels and campaigns to support strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Fabric to communicate insights effectively
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytics and reporting

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Statsig, Python, and Bitbucket
  • Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard design
  • Solid statistical foundation, including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other product experiments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to convey analytical findings clearly and effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Digital Analytics roles
  • Familiarity with marketing performance analysis and campaign attribution
  • Understanding of key product metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion
  • Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams on analytics projects
  • A passion for using data to influence product direction and improve user experience

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
  • Short Term & Long Term Disability
  • Work From Home
  • Opportunity to collaborate across Product, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams
  • A culture that values curiosity, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous learning
