Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Chief Customer Officer. The Chief Customer Officer will develop and oversee all aspects of customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include building and managing strong customer relationships, leading account management strategies, driving customer growth initiatives, and collaborating across teams to enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators, address customer feedback, and lead a team dedicated to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management and fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Exceptional Customer Experience and Sales skills to engage with clients and drive customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Project Management and Business Development to oversee initiatives and identify growth opportunities
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating in a dynamic work environment
• Background in the tech startup community or an understanding of entrepreneurship is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields
