About the Role

We’re looking for an

Onboarding

Coordinator who geeks out on wealth tech, genuinely loves working with people, and believes the details matter. You’ll be the bridge between our platform and our clients—guiding them from signed contract to fully operational, and ensuring their teams actually *use* what we build together.

This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll own the client relationship through implementation, get hands-on with technical configurations, and stay engaged until advisors are confident and self-sufficient. We love our clients and only want them working with the best.

Location

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in the United States, with a strong preference for Eastern or Central time zones. Mountain time zone candidates are welcome if you’re comfortable working earlier hours to align with our clients and team.

What You’ll Do

Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, setting expectations and building trust from day one
  • Translate technical concepts into language that resonates with operations teams, advisors, and executives
  • Proactively communicate project status, surface roadblocks early, and keep implementations on track

Technical Implementation

  • Configure and deploy Milemarker’s data platform across custodians, CRMs, portfolio management systems, planning tools, and other wealth tech integrations
  • Troubleshoot data mapping issues, API connections, and platform configurations
  • Partner with engineering when custom solutions or escalations are needed
  • Document client-specific configurations and maintain implementation playbooks

Advisor Adoption & Training

  • Develop and deliver training sessions tailored to each client’s workflows and team structure
  • Create resources that drive adoption—quick reference guides, video walkthroughs, and best practice documentation
  • Monitor usage post-launch and re-engage teams who need additional support
  • Champion Navigator and help clients unlock AI-powered insights from their unified data

What You Bring

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management technology—implementations, client success, or operations
  • Working knowledge of the advisor tech stack: custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing), CRMs (Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox), portfolio management (Orion, Black Diamond, Tamarac), financial planning tools, and reporting platforms
  • A genuine love for working with people—you build relationships, not just project plans
  • Obsessive attention to detail; you catch what others miss
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward figuring things out

Preferred

  • Experience with data platforms, ETL processes, or Snowflake
  • Background at an RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth tech vendor
  • Familiarity with APIs and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Project management certification or formal training
