Overview

Prosci is seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Services Delivery Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our various training programs are  staffed with top talent to support our mission to help organizations succeed through change, while also maximizing utilization in order to attain margin and efficiency targets.

This position focuses primarily on resourcing/staffing for our Training Delivery Team, which includes Training Success Specialists and Executive Instructors, while also serving as a trained backup for our Senior Advisory Resourcing & Operations Manager for consulting staffing needs as required. Key Responsibilities

Key role responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Training Delivery Team Staffing: Manage high volume scheduling and resource allocation internally for our Training Success Specialists and Executive Instructors to ensure optimal coverage for a wide variety of training programs. Maintain and leverage Executive Instructors' industry experience via skills matrix to align talent with client-specific program objectives.
  • Utilization Management: Monitor and forecast resource utilization to maximize efficiency and meet delivery goals.
  • Capacity Planning: Support proactive capacity planning by identifying short-term gaps and long-term resource trends
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Delivery Leadership, Sales, Client Operations, Logistics, and Advisory teams to align staffing decisions with client needs and organizational priorities.
  • Backup Support: Train to serve as a backup for the Senior Advisory Resourcing & Operations Manager, supporting resource planning for consulting engagements as needed.
  • Resourcing Meetings: Represent the delivery team in regularly scheduled meetings with the Sales team to learn of upcoming opportunities and unique client needs
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline resourcing workflows and enhance scheduling efficiency.
  • Tools & Systems: Leverage platforms such as Certinia, Float, Salesforce, and MS Excel to manage assignments and maintain accurate records

  • Manages Ambiguity: Operates effectively when the way forward is unclear, making decisions without complete information, addressing complex problems constructively, and handling risk with confidence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a resourcing or staffing role within a professional services environment (e.g., consulting or staffing firm).
  • Strong understanding of utilization metrics and capacity planning.
  • Proven ability to work with urgency and make adjustments and pivots as needed with last minute requests or changes

Technical Skills

  • Experience with professional services automation software for staffing, ideally Certinia and/or Float, but other comparable scheduling tools include OpenAir, QuickArrow, Workday, Rocketlane, and Kronos
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: This role requires travel 2 times per year for team meetings or company events.

Work Location: This is a remote role, and we are open to candidates in the US and Canada.

Compensation: $61,000 - 76,000 USD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate's overall qualifications and experience. This is eligible for inclusion in our annual bonus program.
