About the Role
The
Training Facilitator
is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving
large-scale training programs
for franchisees, restaurant teams, and restaurant managers across North America.
The role focuses on onboarding new franchise partners, supporting ongoing capability building, and driving operational excellence through a mix of
in-person and virtual training experiences
.
Key focus areas include:
- Franchisee onboarding and certification programs
- Restaurant management training
- New product and operational launches
- Performance improvement initiatives aligned with business goals
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Franchisee Training Programs
- Execute Ongoing Training Programs & Facilitate High-Impact Workshops
- Enhance and Maintain Training Resources
Qualifications
- Ideally
2+ years of experience
in training facilitation and/or restaurant operations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Education, or related field).
- Travel requirement: 30%
.
- Strong ability to facilitate hands-on, engaging training sessions in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, preferably within the
QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple programs across locations.
- Ability to assess performance gaps and adapt training approaches to drive operational and business results.
- Comfort with learning and managing technical systems such as LMS platforms, registration tools, and virtual training technologies.
