Position: Creative Filmmaker / Content Creator

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $45/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Up to 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop creative video ideas and shoot short-form video content based on provided guidelines
• Write clear, step-by-step instructions accompanying recorded video clips
• Capture high-quality footage using professional camera equipment and a tripod
• Execute simple video edits, including string-outs, trims, and exports for fast turnaround
• Apply strong creative judgment to maximize available resources and deliver polished content
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to align on vision, style, and objectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a filmmaker or video content creator
• Proven ability to shoot compelling video (portfolio or reel required)
• Basic editing experience using tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar software
• Ownership of professional video recording equipment (smartphones do not qualify)
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and with minimal supervision
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and adaptability across environments
