About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiter to join our team and lead our talent acquisition efforts across engineering, design, product, and marketing functions. This role is pivotal in building a robust talent pipeline, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier candidates, and driving initiatives to enhance our employer brand. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our team by sourcing passive candidates, refining hiring processes, and ensuring we meet our ambitious growth targets over the next two years. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to expand our services, ultimately touching the lives of millions of people in need. Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in hiring top-tier talent for 2+ years within a startup environment that maintains high standards for hiring.
  • Experience leading hiring efforts for technical roles (engineering, design, product) and/or non-technical roles, with the ability to adapt quickly to new fields.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and converting diverse candidates, including passive talent, with quantifiable results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build personal connections with candidates from various backgrounds and effectively sell job opportunities.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with strategies to build inclusive pipelines.
  • A genuine passion for doing good and helping people, aligning with our social mission.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs across multiple departments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job boards, and passive outreach.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Manage the interview process, coordinate schedules, and facilitate candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to support the company's growth and inclusion goals.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, leveraging tools like Ashby and developing templates to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Promote our employer brand externally and internally to attract high-quality talent.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for candidate engagement and retention.
