Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $205,800.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 6+ years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience, analytics, or talent management
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Experience building and driving talent initiatives and pipelines
  • Expertise in talent market analysis and talent intelligence methodologies
  • Analytical experience to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams

  • Ability to tell a compelling story with data insights; clear, concise communication that is commercially relevant
  • Deep understanding of executive search methodology
  • Capability-led assessment over title-led research
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure

  • Knowledge and experience in data visualization and presenting talent insights

What You’ll Work On You will play a pivotal role in shaping global talent strategies and executing long-term engagements to attract highly passive talent. You’ll partner with recruiters, build and nurture a network of top executive prospects, and proactively monitor market trends. Your work involves leading research initiatives, creatively identifying and engaging talent, and independently driving assignments to completion.

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage passive candidates
  • Partner with recruiters to refine sourcing and assessment approaches
  • Build and maintain a network of top prospects through ongoing market research
  • Screen, interview, and prepare candidates while anticipating hiring manager needs
  • Monitor marketplace trends and competitive opportunities
  • Lead special research projects and conduct primary and secondary research
