- Evaluate operations and outcomes in light of legislative intent, best practices, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Identify research-based findings and develop recommendations/options to achieve efficiencies and cost savings.
- Conduct reviews to determine compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Present and explain findings to LBB management, legislative committees, and others.
- Write and edit reports that are suitable for publication.
