Role Summary
Entropy supports companies that need senior people operations and HRBP support without building a full in-house HR function. This role focuses on practical HR leadership for growing, distributed, and investor-backed teams.
This is a fractional, contract-based advisory role, not a permanent HR position.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as HR Business Partner to founders and leadership teams
- Support organizational design, performance frameworks, and manager effectiveness
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance readiness
- Advise on hiring, compensation, and workforce scaling decisions
- Support remote and multi-state workforce operations
Ideal Background
- HR Business Partner, Head of People, or People Operations leadership experience
- Experience supporting startups or growth-stage companies
- Familiarity with employment frameworks and distributed teams
- Practical, execution-oriented mindset
