Role Summary

Entropy supports companies that need senior people operations and HRBP support without building a full in-house HR function. This role focuses on practical HR leadership for growing, distributed, and investor-backed teams.

This is a fractional, contract-based advisory role, not a permanent HR position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as HR Business Partner to founders and leadership teams
  • Support organizational design, performance frameworks, and manager effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance readiness
  • Advise on hiring, compensation, and workforce scaling decisions
  • Support remote and multi-state workforce operations
