Qualifications

• 10+ years in lean management, process improvement, or operations leadership ( packaging/corrugated industry experience preferred ).
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing CI teams.
• Expertise in lean tools and methodologies (5S, VSM, Six Sigma, Kanban).
• Proven results in project/change management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Six Sigma or Lean certifications a plus.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead our lean transformation efforts and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role will build and lead a high-performing team, embed lean principles into daily operations, and deliver measurable results that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and maximize customer value.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the continuous improvement team in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Drive lean transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and training on lean tools (5S, Six Sigma, Kanban).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure success of initiatives.
• Present performance results and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
• Stay ahead of industry best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
